NOlathe is dedicated to our shared American History, our Brave American HEROES that defend our Freedoms daily, our First Responders that keep us safe, our Veterans gone before and to all Americans that cherish our Rights and Liberties that we have always known. NOlathe is opposed to all Government actions that threaten the traditions, freedoms and values of Americans living in America.
In January 2009 The Olathe City Council voted unanousmally not to pursue the unilateral annexation as they had attempted to do for nearly a year. Johnson County and Olathe residents alike all appreciate the manner in which they concluded this effort and the fiduciary responsibilities of their office.
NOlathe now directs it's fact finding efforts toward activities in Topeka to change or eliminate Kansas annexation statutes which allow Kansas cities and counties to unilaterally (without the consent of the property owner) annex personal properties.
